The CP range offers a wide range of fiber or fabric reinforced composites to meet a wide range of design requirements with self-lubricating, abrasion and impact resistance as key features. Polyimide from the CP line has been used to replace cast aluminum or titanium pipe clamps in sliders, which are tougher than filled composites.
CP-0301
The laminated reinforced polyimide resin is light in weight and strong in toughness. CP-0301 materials are used to replace aluminum or titanium to reduce part weight, reduce wear and friction, and reduce fatigue or vibration. CP-0301 pipe clamps have higher fatigue resistance than those used in die-cast aluminum.
CP-0644、CP-0648、CP-0650
Fabric reinforced composites are tougher than filled composites. The weight is lighter than aluminum. Shaft bushings and gaskets with self-lubricating properties are used for high temperature, oxidizable environments.
CP-0664
Fabric reinforced composite that resists friction and maintains self-lubricating properties under high load conditions.
CP-8000、CP-8001、CP-8002
Similar to CP-0648, CP-0648 and CP-0650, it is made of a braided tube of fiber rather than fabric. The fibers are tightly wound around the bushing to better match the CTE of the co-assembled part.
Vespel? CP-9833、CP-9836
The fabric-reinforced composite material is used in the robot end control device, and has lighter weight and higher shock absorption performance than conventional ceramics and aluminum materials.
